"I like the 26oz Rise Tumber and the sale made it a really good deal. After the sale I purchased another 26oz Rise Tumbler as a gift and those had straws in the lids. It would be great if you could make the 26 oz. Rise Tumbler lids WITH A STRAW available in your accessory products listing."

"I ordered the Klean kanteen teacup and coffee cup set for my wifes birthday gift, based on Wired's review that it holds the temp the longest. I even ordered a new 26 oz coffee cup for my self. I was disappointed when all three items fail to insulate properly and did not hold the temp as advertised. I then submitted a support request that was never responded to. Based on this experience I ended up getting my wife a battery operated heated mug."
Leaks, not water tight,
"I love Klean Kanteen products and have several. This 26oz product is the worst product and I am trying to return. I had a thick smoothy in it and my dog knocked it over in the car, although the lid was on securely there was smoothy all over the car carpet. Then I tested it with water secured the lid and the water poured out easily. Then I was going to a friends pool for a couple of hours, put water and Liquid IV powder and secured the lid, knowing that it was an issue. I placed it in the corner of the beach bag, placed other items and a beach towel around it to keep it upright in travel, then drove 5 min and walked to the pool, 50% of the beverage was in the beach towel. So please do not make the mistake that this is a contained tumbler, I would have been better off with a old mason jar. See video attached. save your money do not buy it."

"The title says it all. Not good for a commuter. Maybe okay for someone who works at home. However, even when spills don't happen, sipping out of this wide mouthed lid is a messy endeavor. Coffee everywhere. The lid needs a complete redesign. I now see why it was on sale. Bummer, because the color is nice. I still love my Klean Kanteen swivel top water container, so I know they *can* design products well."
