"It doesn’t keep the water hot. It doesn’t insulate at all. This was my second purchase of Klean Kanteen insulation bottles. Both bottles failed their quality promise. What’s worst is there is no proper channel to return them and get my refund back."

"The seal has failed on my flask and it no longer keeps drinks hot. But there is no replacement seals available. This makes this product not eco friendly as claimed, but a big waste of resources. Kleankanteen should do better"

Insulation failed. Light use only.
"The insulation on our TKPro has failed. I assume the seals on the vacuum failed. When filled with boiling water about 3 minutes later the outside is too hot to hold. Never dropped. Only occasional use (couple times a year). Had it for about 3 years. If you check the warranty, it's only 12 months/1 year. I thought it was better on Klean Kanteen products but...it's not."
Excellent, but dribbles when pouring
"A massive improvement over the original insulated bottle. Really appreciate the cap. The main drawback is that it can't pour worth a darn. Dribbles, drips, splashes. It's astonishingly bad at pouring with or without the inner cap in place! Needs a serious look at how to improve liquid flow out. Beyond that its a great little insulated flask."

- Can I get a replacement cap or seals for the cap as it doesn’t keep the water very hot it’s about 3years old
- Hi Steve, If your lid is within our warranty period (1 year) you can submit a warranty claim to replace it if you feel it is faulty. The most likely cause of loss of insulation is if you have dropped the item and if there are dents on the bottle as this will break the vacuum insulation. If you contact our customer service team they may be able to assist with the missing silicone ring, please email support@kleankanteen.com.au
